You may play, browse, and rate games for personal, non-commercial use. Bots, scraping, ad fraud, or interfering with other players' experience are not allowed.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Use a strong password and (for admins) enable two-factor authentication.

Games you upload must not contain malware, illegal content, or infringing material. We may suspend or remove games at our discretion, with revenue-share paid up to that date.

We display advertising to keep the platform free. We do not guarantee a specific revenue outcome for any developer.

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the home page banner.
